O1 Properties took part in PROESTATE 2014 Forum

September 10, 2014. Investment company O1 Properties took part in a business program of the international investment forum PROESTATE 2014 which was held 8-10 September at Expoentre in Moscow.

Pavel Barbashev, Asset management and leasing director of O1 Properties spoke in the discussion “Office for a tenant: Creative approach to asset management”, during which the market players discussed new ideas to promote office centers, attract and keep tenants.

The forum hosted presentation of GREEN ZOOM, a new Russian standard of ecological efficiency of buildings, as well as prize ceremony of the Green Awards contest that values the best Russian development projects from the point of their conformance to green construction standards. Lighthouse office centre was honored the diploma of the contest, having received high scores by the experts and certification under GREEN ZOOM standard. Greendale office centre, which will be completed in 2016, also took part in the contest and won the second prize in the category “office centers”.

Alexander Ostrovsky, the Chief Executive Officer of O1 Properties: “Implementation of ecological standards to development and management of completed projects is an important step towards integration of the Russian market to the global community, where owners and management companies see the increase of the buildings ecological efficiency and reduce of the negative impact for the environment as their main priorities.
