O1 Properties is ranked 6th amongst largest owners of commercial property in Russia

February 1, 2014 - O1 Properties is ranked sixth amongst largest owners of commercial property in Russia, according to Forbes. The company improved its result, moving up from the 10th position it took last year. In 2013 O1 Properties total rental revenue (including CAPEX and VAT) amounted to 455 mln USD, office centres owned by the company has total NRA of 427,000 sq.m. The rating does not take into account such buildings as iCube office centre, which will become part of the company's portfolio after it is fully leased out, and Legenda office centre that was acquired after the rating had been formed.

As in the previous year the office centres owned by O1 Properties features high occupancy level: 98% of office spaces are leased out, the key tenants are blue-chip international and national companies.

Dmitry Mints, Chairman of Management Board of O1 Properties: «O1 Properties is a rapidly developing company and we are glad that while operating only in the Moscow premium office market, we've grown our business to the numbers comparable with largest market players, who have assets in broader segments. In 2013 the rental income of O1 Properties increased significantly thanks to the acquisitions in 2012 and filling the vacancies in the assets. This year we've worked quite intensely also to improve the quality of our assets and of the services provided for tenants. We are happy that all these efforts allowed us to be ranked higher in such a respectable rating».

The rating of largest owners of commercial property is annually published by Forbes business magazine, presenting 30 largest national and international corporate owners of commercial property, doing their business in Russia. The companies are ranked by the level of rental revenues they received in the past year.
